TCIM Services Announces New Chief Executive Officer

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE - TCIM Services, Inc, a leading global and privately held Customer Relationship Mangement company, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware is pleased to announce that International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Executive, John L. "Jack" Magee, has joined the Company as its Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Magee brings 25 years of experience to the Company. He was previously President and Chief Operating Officer for ICT Group, a $400 million global customer management and BPO public company. Jack will assume the responsibilities previously held by Thomas A. Drake, Sr. who will focus on developing technology innovations. At ICT, Mr. Magee was responsible for managing over 50 client relationships, 32 customer service centers and 18,000 employees in 10 countries. Jack’s leadership fostered the growth of Customer Management Services for Fortune 500 companies globally in the Financial Services, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Technology Sectors.
