Marcy Payne
Senior Vice President and General Manager Operations

With over 17 years of call center experience, Marcy has worked in virtually every department in call center operations, from customer representative, call center management, to account management. She also served as a regional operations manager. In her most recent position as general manager of operations, Marcy has assumed the leadership role for quality assurance and compliance, including our Six Sigma and ISO processes, and she has been certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Marcy has extensive experience in multiple industries, including telecommunications, banking, financial services, membership clubs, and insurance.
