Linda Drake
Founder and Chair
As founder and chair of TCIM Services, Inc., Linda Drake envisioned call-center operations delivering best of class service. Beginning in 1988 with one facility and three full-time associates, Linda has been a telecommunications pioneer, demanding quality standards unprecedented in the industry. Her determination resulted in TCIM becoming a state-of-the-art, international corporation that received ISO-certification in 1997 as the first teleservices company to comply with the rigorous ISO quality standards across all company functions.
Linda’s commitment to public service is evident in all facets of the organization — from the executive suite to each associate in the operating centers. Linda’s personal involvement in the communities in which TCIM does business includes:
- Serving on boards of local non-profits, business development organizations, and advisory panels for women’s issues
- Founder of Wilmington Women in Business
- Past national Chair for Women Impacting Public Policy, a national organization
Prior to founding TCIM in 1988, Linda served in a variety of executive positions including IBM, Chemical Bank and Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Linda graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University with a B.S. in Education, and earned an M.A. in Communications from the University of Massachusetts.
