John L. "Jack" Magee, CEO, brings 25 years of experience to the Company. He was previously President and Chief Operating Officer for ICT Group, a $400 million global customer management and BPO public company. At ICT, Mr. Magee was responsible for managing over 50 client relationships, 32 customer service centers and 18,000 employees in 10 countries. Jack’s leadership fostered the growth of Customer Management Services for Fortune 500 companies globally in the Financial Services, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Technology Sectors.
