J. Bryan Gross

As President and COO, Bryan Gross is responsible for all facets of the company’s operations and for strategically aligning TCIM’s offerings with future market demands. Bryan has 22 years of experience in the call center industry, on both the client and the agency side of the business. He has a proven track record of building successful organizations, holding positions such as vice president at ACS, president of Percepta UK with Teletech, vice president at Sprint, and CEO of Center Partners. Bryan serves on the executive board for the Delmarva Region Boy Scouts of America. Bryan also actively serves on several youth sports programs.
