Ed Hoy

Edward Hoy joined TCIM in July 2007 and is VP of Finance and Accounting. Ed was previously employed by ACE USA, where he was a chief financial pricing officer and financial officer responsible for contract compliance, forecasting, planning and analysis. Ed’s 19 years of financial leadership has included public accounting, financial services and business process outsourcing experience with expertise in servicing Fortune 500 companies. Prior to ACE USA Ed was with CIGNA Healthcare in various senior management capacities. He began his career as an auditor with KPMG and later with GE Capital prior to joining CIGNA. Ed’s financial management experience, extensive accounting and financial background, and excellent leadership skills are an asset to the TCIM team.
