Christine “Chris” Vera oversees all aspects of TCIMs’ sales and marketing functions and manages key client activities. Since Chris joined TCIM in February 2006, the company has grown by close to 40 percent. She came to TCIM from ACS, where she managed the client services team while growing the existing client base. Chris brings to TCIM extensive experience managing client strategy, increasing company value in the market place, and driving profitable revenue growth. Chris has over 16 years of management experience as a change agent in the call center industry with positions at StarTek, Teletech, and MCI.
