- Serves as your bridge to the system design and implementation team
- Provides frequent performance evaluations so that you are fully informed about the progress of your telemarketing programs
- Verifies accuracy of customer orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assists with product training to ensure our telephone associates are thoroughly knowledgeable about your business
- Monitors calls to ensure our telephone associates are presenting complete and accurate information in an effective manner
